Why motorcykle.in exist?
We exist to serve motorcycle community significant digital content. We create stuff to serve every one who owns, rides, desires or deserves a motorcycle.
What makes motorcykle.in unique for its users?
Interestingly, in our initial independent research, we found that many people find motorcycle related content on web and print publications, full of nerdy technical jargon, facts & figures which readers aren't completely able to absorb. We also discovered that very few readers actually trust the content of print media like automobile magazines and journals.
Motorcykle.in as an online media company, follows and present a different outlook to Indian riders and is created with an intention of providing simple, fair yet interesting viewpoint on how two-wheelers are perceived and utilized.
We believe that riders in India are genuinely passionate about motorcycling and everyone who rides or wish to ride a bike deserves an innovative and enterprising medium to consume information about two-wheeler industry and the evolution it is witnessing almost every day.
This also arises a very significant argument about how and what influence the buying decision of so many riders to go for a particular bike or a manufacturer? With such a high ongoing purchase traction, we felt that in India, there is still no media channel that helps and positively changes a rider's mind to make much better buying decision or perception about a motorcycle model or brand. This is why, we at motorcykle.in are constantly pushing ourselves to create an ecosystem of two-wheelers and its users where everything is fun yet profound, straight forward as well as calculative and conventional but also innovative.

What's coming up next in motorcykle.in? What is the future?
What you see now is just the tip of the iceberg. We are currently running in beta version which we released on 21st June 2014 (on World Motorcycle Day) with services like bikes price comparison, technical specification details, their standard factory fitted features, real time user rating of motorcycle models and authorized dealers located in tier 1 and tier 2 Indian cities. In next 6 months, we will be coming up with at least 2 of many very useful online services that are being developed, keeping in mind the way people use motorcycles.
But dude, whats with the spelling?
For obvious reasons, “motorcycle” word has been overused on the web and therefore coming up with a website name that required no explanation about the nature of it's content, we added a little twist (letter "K" replaces second "C") in the word motorcycle. Our name "motorcykle.in", logo and tagline "Return, Revived." are trademarked under Indian Trademark Act, 1999.

In India, every 2 seconds a new motorcycle is sold*, making it world's second largest motorcycle industry. It's obviously clear that many Indians own or wish to own a two-wheeler and use it regularly for their commute, or leisure. For many, it's the basic necessity to move around affordably and for some it’s more than a pair of wheels and an engine. What ever the reason may be, knowingly or unknowingly motorcycles have a great impact and significance in our Indian’s desi lifestyle and we can see them almost everywhere.This also arises a very significant argument about how and what influence the buying decision of so many riders to go for a particular bike or a manufacturer?
